• Direct Recruitment: We can help you source and recruit skilled STEM women for a finders fee of 12%.
• Try-out to Recruit: On a no-obligation to hire basis, iSTEM CO. can connect you with skilled STEM women to work with your organisation for a or 6 month trial basis for a finders fee of 10% of the work duration. Only hire if you are satisfied with the candidate post internship.
• Mentoring Retention Program: Partner with us to facilitate retention and develop leadership skill of your early career STEM women for an annual fee of $5000 per candidate through our mentoring program delivered by STEM consultants with DEI expertise.
• DEI Workshops: Get the iSTEM Co. team into your organisation to promote your DEI efforts through tailored workshops covering areas such as cultural awareness training, understanding culture shock, managing conversations around race, ethnicity, gender and bias. Workshops are prices at $2500/hour or $10,000 full-day training.
